By accepting these Terms of Service, I agree to hold GroNew College and Career Center Corp., its subsidiaries, and any representatives of the above mentioned harmless, as described below, and I accept all clauses and statements listed below.

Hold Harmless
To the extent permitted by law, you – the Indemnitor – will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Indemnitee, GroNew College and Career Center Corp. and any individual acting on that company’s behalf, from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, damages, fines, penalties, billing disputes and/or errors, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees and other expenses, (collectively, a “Claim”) arising out of or relating to applying to or filing with federal, state, and/or local governments, agencies, or educational institutions on your behalf, as well as applying to or requesting monies and/or benefits on your behalf from any public or private entity – including handling, managing, and disbursement of your money and/or financial aid.

Mediation
Should a dispute arise, you agree that no legal action will ever be taken against GroNew College and Career Center Corp., or any subsidiary, or representatives from it or its subsidiaries. You agree to instead participate in mediation, at the discretion of GroNew College and Career Center Corp. or its subsidiaries.
